Puéricultrice – Soins et Éveil à Domicile

About the role

MG Home Service, an international leader in personal services, is seeking a qualified puéricultrice to provide in‑home childcare for one or several families in Abidjan. Reporting to the sector manager, you will travel between client homes and adapt your schedule to each family's needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily care routines respecting the child’s rhythm (bathing, dressing, naptime, etc.).
• Support the child’s development of autonomy.
• Monitor the child’s general health and wellbeing.
• Organise age‑appropriate educational and playful activities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly living space and care equipment.
• Prepare and serve meals according to nutritional guidelines.
• Document daily observations and communicate them to parents and the sector manager via a follow‑up notebook.

Required profile

• Diploma in puériculture (childcare nursing).
• Minimum three years of professional experience in early childhood or social health care.
• Discretion, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Polite, attentive, and autonomous with children.
• Good pedagogical sense and service orientation.
• Excellent observation, anticipation, and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
• Fluent French language proficiency.
