Regional Marketing Manager for Côte d’Ivoire

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager for Côte d’Ivoire will translate Vlisco’s global marketing strategy into a locally relevant plan, strengthening brand presence and driving consumer engagement across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored to Côte d’Ivoire, aligning with global brand objectives.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Localise and launch integrated campaigns, adapting global assets while maintaining brand standards.
• Drive brand visibility across digital, social, retail, events and other channels.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers and retailers.
• Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective allocation of resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consumer marketing within an international or multicultural environment, with strong knowledge of the Côte d’Ivoire market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a marketing team.
• Excellent command of English; French is an advantage.
