Resources Assistant Intern

About the role

The Resources Assistant Intern supports Resources Coordinators in daily administrative and logistical tasks, allowing them to focus on planning and execution. This role provides hands‑on exposure to equipment mobilization, import/export processes, and asset management within a global energy technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Track job start and end dates to coordinate rig and service‑delivery scheduling.
• Enter data into business systems and trigger notifications for all stakeholders.
• Liaise with coordinators and other functions to facilitate equipment movements and monitor lead times.
• Assist with administrative tasks for import/export and inter‑location shipments, both physical and system‑based.
• Enter M&S requests into the appropriate business platforms.
• Support the maintenance of permits, dangerous‑goods paperwork, and insurance documentation.
• Review asset‑movement reports and aid in fixed‑asset reconciliation.
• Help the maintenance team with equipment receptions, onboarding, and mechanical lifting duties.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
