About the role
The Production Manager will lead the manufacturing activities of LAM'S GROUP in Abidjan, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency. Reporting to senior management, the role combines team leadership with operational oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and control the daily production processes.
- Monitor performance indicators such as productivity, quality, cost and delivery times.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise costs and lead times.
- Manage and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- University degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering, industrial management or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial production management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Ability to analyse performance data and drive corrective actions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with production planning and control tools, especially ERP systems.
