Responsable Maintenance – Production & Conditionnement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our production and packaging equipment in a fast‑growing cosmetics manufacturing plant in Côte d'Ivoire. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage a technical team, and support new line installations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for mixers, tanks, packaging lines, labelers, and bundlers.
• Diagnose equipment failures quickly to minimise production downtime and optimise maintenance costs.
• Lead, coach and schedule a team of technicians and electromechanical engineers, set objectives and monitor performance.
• Manage critical spare‑parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers and external service providers.
• Participate in projects for new production lines or equipment upgrades while ensuring strict compliance with HSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+4/5) in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in an industrial environment (cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical).
• Strong leadership, organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
