About the role

BAARA – CI is seeking a Country Manager to lead its construction activities in Ivory Coast. Reporting to the General Management, you will oversee all local operations, ensure project delivery, and drive the growth strategy for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all operational activities of the company within the country.
• Supervise local technical, administrative, and commercial teams, ensuring high performance.
• Guarantee compliance with project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, clients, and local authorities.
• Contribute to the formulation of the company’s development strategy for the country.
• Provide regular activity reporting to the General Management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with labor law and construction sector standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Civil Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in the construction sector.
• Strong management and team‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company with partners and clients.
• Analytical, decision‑making, and reporting capabilities.
