Sales Director – Financial Solutions (West & Central Africa)

About the role

Comviva is seeking a Sales Director to lead its Financial Solutions business across West and Central Africa. The role focuses on driving growth with banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies by promoting digital banking, mobile wallet, digital lending, real‑time marketing analytics, loyalty management and CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all sales activities for the Banking and Fintech segment in the assigned region.
• Generate, qualify and close new business opportunities with BFSI clients.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers, CXOs and influencers.
• Assess prospect requirements and align Comviva’s solutions to their decision‑making criteria.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, workshops and proof‑of‑concept sessions.
• Articulate customer‑specific benefits and ROI of Comviva’s portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an annual order book of more than $5 million.
• Strong track record selling digital financial solutions to banks, financial institutions or fintech firms.
• Deep understanding of the West and Central African market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior executives.
