Sales Executive – Business Development & Category Management

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth with our key customers. The role involves planning, selling, and coordinating in‑store fundamentals and sales business plans, working closely with the customer’s head office and our field execution team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of customer agreements and ensure field teams execute them, monitoring compliance monthly.
- Manage service levels, identify and resolve opportunities related to database and stock management.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customer head offices and create joint business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain and analyse monthly customer share reports and scorecards to spot growth opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive account penetration.
- Design, sell and deploy category‑management projects, coordinating with internal business development and field teams.
- Prepare and share project toolkits, POSM, and close‑out reports, recommending improvements.
- Develop and communicate customer initiative master plans and sales business plans, ensuring timely execution via the My Store backend.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, customer business development or account management.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret share reports and scorecards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with field teams and internal business development.
