Sales & Operations Manager – Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

Nordcap Group is expanding its footprint in Abidjan and seeks a dynamic Sales & Operations Manager to drive growth across its Dental, Beauty and FMCG product lines. The role combines commercial leadership with hands‑on management of import‑export activities, ensuring the company meets market demand while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure high‑margin, high‑demand products to accelerate sales growth.
• Manage the full import/export cycle, including logistics coordination and customs clearance.
• Ensure product registration, certification and compliance with Côte d’Ivoire regulations.
• Represent Nordcap Group at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
• Support senior management with additional operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Côte d’Ivoire citizenship and residence in Abidjan.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or operations, preferably within Dental, Beauty or FMCG sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational abilities.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Proactive, result‑oriented and capable of hands‑on leadership.
