Sales Representative & Product Developer (Agriculture)

About the role

Enza Zaden is seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Product Developer to promote its premium vegetable seed portfolio in Abidjan. You will work directly with local growers, helping them adopt innovative varieties that increase yields and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the vegetable seed range.
• Identify new market opportunities and build partnerships with growers.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, providing tailored seed solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate on‑farm seed trials to support product development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture or related sectors.
• Strong customer orientation, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory.
• Preferably based in Abidjan or ready to relocate.
