Security Officer / Chargé de la Sécurité

About the role

The company is looking for a Security Officer to support the Security Manager in organizing and coordinating safety activities across the plant. The role ensures that security protocols are followed for staff arrivals, departures, and visitor management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure security agents are present at their posts and maintain daily discipline.
• Assist supervisors in enforcing security instructions.
• Act as liaison for security incidents with internal and external partners (e.g., fights, thefts).
• Monitor plant areas to prevent illegal fuel sales, drug activity, unauthorized garages, and abandoned trucks.
• Prepare reports and meeting minutes for senior management.
• Replace the Security Manager in meetings when absent.
• Oversee the reception and departure of staff and guests at the airport.
• Organize monthly training sessions for security agents.
• Identify at least three security risks each week.

Required profile

• University degree (Licence or equivalent) in any discipline.
• Professional qualification in security.
• Minimum three years of experience in a security role.
