Senior Financial Analyst & Local Regulatory Reporting Manager

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst and Local Regulatory Reporting Manager delivers reliable performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, balance‑sheet and ALCO support, and ensures accurate local regulatory, statutory and Group reporting. The role provides actionable financial insight to the CFO and senior management while maintaining strong reporting controls and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the CFO and business units, providing clear analysis of performance, costs, revenues, liquidity and capital.
• Coordinate the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, challenge assumptions, consolidate submissions and highlight material variances.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, management packs, flash reporting and Board papers.
• Deliver accurate regulatory, statutory and Group reporting, maintaining controls over source data and reconciliation.
• Serve as secretary to the local ALCO, monitor balance‑sheet structure, liquidity, capital and market‑risk indicators.
• Liaise with Business Finance, Group Finance, external auditors and regulators on reporting matters and audit queries.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and regulatory reporting within a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, Group Accounting Policies and financial control standards.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, regulators and auditors, delivering timely and accurate information.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the capacity to identify risks, opportunities and drive value‑for‑money decisions.
