Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. We need a senior full‑stack product engineer who can turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software, working closely with founders, designers, and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship end‑to‑end features that automate reservation, cleaning, payment, and reporting workflows.
• Build event‑driven automation engines and AI‑powered workflows using LLMs and AI agents.
• Create and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.
• Iterate on products based on user feedback, usage data, and operational results.

Required profile

• Strong experience shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and ability to own outcomes.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, designers, and founders.
• Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript.
• Supabase, PostgreSQL, AWS serverless architecture.
• OpenAI APIs, Twilio, Stripe.
• Docker, GitHub Actions, API design, cloud integrations.
