Senior Partnership Specialist

About the role

Tony’s Chocolonely is seeking a Senior Partnership Specialist to develop and manage high‑impact collaborations with cocoa cooperatives in Côte d’Ivoire. The role translates the ambitions of Tony’s Open Chain into concrete actions that improve farmer livelihoods, human rights, and environmental outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Convert quarterly impact plans into detailed monthly implementation schedules across Human Rights, Climate & Environment, and Cooperative Strengthening.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for partner cooperatives, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and stronger, more transparent partnerships.
• Coordinate annual premium plans, quarterly meetings, and follow‑up actions, guaranteeing timely and quality delivery of activities.
• Monitor progress, flag risks, compile KPI updates, and gather impact stories to demonstrate on‑the‑ground change.
• Support and coach the local partnership team, fostering collaboration, growth, and performance.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the cocoa sector, preferably with cooperative partnerships and field program implementation.
• Proven ability to work with cooperatives, traders, exporters, and implementation partners.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication skills, fluent in French and English.
