Senior Product Manager – Core Consumer Solutions

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Core Consumer Solutions portfolio in Abidjan. The role focuses on shaping the strategy, development, and market positioning of Visa’s consumer card payment products across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategy for card payment solutions, identifying new opportunities, features, and enhancements based on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes.
• Design, develop, and manage compelling customer value propositions that differentiate Visa’s offerings.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and address emerging threats.
• Lead cross‑market execution and governance, collaborating with product owners, finance, pricing, marketing, solutions delivery, and business development teams.
• Monitor product performance against key metrics, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage product‑related risks.
• Partner with CEMEA Product Leads, WCA Cluster Country Managers, and Solution Delivery teams to scale core consumer products and achieve profitability targets.
