Senior Project Manager

About the role

Bluesquare, a fast‑growing technology company focused on global health, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large, multi‑partner projects. You will coordinate the full project lifecycle—from tender to implementation—across several countries, ensuring high‑quality delivery of health information system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, shaping solutions, defining roadmaps, and aligning expectations.
• Oversee projects from design through completion, managing budgets, donor reporting, and contractual obligations.
• Navigate complex institutional environments, engaging ministries, donors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverable quality and coordinate capacity‑building activities.
• Maintain and update Bluesquare’s project management tools (JIRA and Odoo).

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical, multi‑country projects in the health or development sector.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly (2‑3 times per year) to implementation sites.
