About the role
Are you a skilled construction professional ready to make an impact? We are seeking a Senior Site Technician to lead and manage our Post‑Tension site works in the Ivory Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and train Site Technicians, ensuring quality execution and strict adherence to safety standards.
- Review and interpret shop drawings, addressing discrepancies to align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors during kick‑off meetings to plan and resolve project concerns.
- Oversee labor distribution and ensure materials and equipment are available and maintained.
- Conduct quality checks, secure consultant approvals and maintain compliance with high standards.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience managing construction site teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong understanding of structural drawings.
- Effective communication skills in French.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic environment.
