Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for a highly ambitious Senior Software Engineer who wants to build systems that solve real problems at scale. You’ll build, ship, automate, and deliver products that directly impact property managers, their teams, and their guests.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale the Core Platform, including reservations, pricing, payments, and property operations.
• Design and implement event‑driven automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop AI‑powered systems using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication, maintenance triage, and pricing decisions.
• Create robust API‑first services that integrate with booking channels and third‑party providers.
• Maintain integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure for reliability and global growth.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, from problem definition through deployment and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and owning production‑grade software systems.
• Experience with FastAPI, Python, React or comparable frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and balance speed with reliability.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a product focus and curiosity about AI and automation.
