About the role
Yango Group is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to support vehicle preparation, warehouse coordination, and daily operational activities at its Abidjan location. You will play a key part in ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery and that facility operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support pre‑delivery inspection (PDI) and vehicle readiness processes.
- Coordinate facility‑related and operational support tasks.
- Assist with warehouse and office operations, including inventory handling.
- Monitor operational issues and help drive timely resolutions.
Required profile
- Fluency in French.
- Basic knowledge of Russian and/or English (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in operations, logistics, facility management, or a related field is an advantage.
