Site Solutions Manager

About the role

The Site Solutions Manager joins Caterpillar’s Customer Solutions Growth Regions division to drive growth by delivering tailored, site‑specific solutions for construction customers worldwide. Working closely with dealers, sales, product support and field service teams, you will ensure that our products and services meet the unique needs of each site.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, dealers and internal teams to develop procedures that improve product and service performance.
• Monitor, report on, and resolve issues related to customer satisfaction, product health, and future solution needs.
• Conduct site assessments and deploy technology or other solutions to address customer challenges.
• Act as a technical resource for the sales team during the sales cycle for national or major accounts.
• Assist in contract or service‑agreement negotiations as required.
• Establish guidelines and standards for on‑site technical support, tracking service requests from initiation to completion.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in technical site performance management or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer outcomes.
