About the role

SISBM is looking for a motivated intern to support the maintenance and evolution of its proprietary fleet‑tracking platform, SISBM CORE. You will work on a real‑world geolocation and intelligent supervision system, gaining hands‑on experience in modern web development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and bug‑fixing of SISBM CORE features.
• Maintain and improve RESTful APIs that power the platform.
• Support database queries and data integrity checks.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews and documentation updates.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Node.js concepts.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Interest in GPS, geolocation technologies, and fleet management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot problems methodically.
