About the role

Join Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire as a Graduate Technical Intern in Engineering & Production. This 6‑month program offers hands‑on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and continuous‑improvement projects while providing mentorship and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
• Monitor production processes, analyse data, and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food‑safety standards.
• Participate in problem‑solving and operational‑excellence projects.
• Assist maintenance and reliability activities to keep equipment available.
• Help resolve equipment and process issues.
• Contribute to engineering projects aimed at boosting efficiency and productivity.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Participate in automation, digitisation, and continuous‑improvement initiatives while respecting engineering, safety, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering, production or a related technical field from a recognised university.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with high learning agility.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, community or extracurricular activities.
