About the role

DHARMA Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic and creative Communication & Marketing Intern to support the development of its brand presence in the beauty sector. The intern will work under the direction of senior management, contributing to both digital and offline communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
• Assist in the design and execution of communication and advertising campaigns.
• Develop visual assets, videos and promotional materials.
• Engage and grow online communities across the mentioned platforms.
• Support product launch and promotion strategies.
• Monitor beauty, cosmetics and digital trends to inform content creation.
• Help organize commercial actions, events and promotional campaigns.
• Track publication performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Creative, proactive and able to propose ideas.
• Comfortable with social media management.
• Strong writing abilities.
• Organised, rigorous and capable of working independently.
• Interest in cosmetics, beauty and digital media.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using CapCut or similar video editing tools.
