Stagiaire Méthodes – Projets de Facility Management

About the role

The Methodology Intern will support the launch of new Facility Management projects at Ivoire Facility Management (IFM). Working closely with technical coordination, HSE, operations, HR, and procurement teams, the intern will help plan, monitor, and document the start‑up phases of client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing start‑up schedules and updating the start‑up dashboard.
• Draft meeting minutes and follow up with relevant departments.
• Track delivery deadlines for project deliverables.
• Create and maintain documentation such as procedures, operating instructions, check‑lists, forms, reporting templates, quality plans, and prevention plans.
• After gaining experience on several sites, independently lead a start‑up phase (3‑6 months), coordinating activities and facilitating stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in project management or a related field.
• Up to one year of professional experience in project coordination or management.
• Fluent French; professional English is a plus.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and able to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools.
• Ability to propose process improvements.
