Superviseur des Installations – Côte d’Ivoire

About the role

The Facilities Supervisor will play a critical operational role in maintaining the site in Côte d’Ivoire. You will ensure daily facility activities run smoothly, support the comfort and mobility of staff and visitors, and help create a safe, well‑kept work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the premises and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Organise workspaces to maintain a tidy and functional environment.
• Supervise drivers, coordinate travel for staff and contractors, and manage accommodation for travelling employees.
• Ensure the site provides a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for all occupants.
• Coordinate daily team activities, provide regular feedback, participate in recruitment, conduct informal one‑on‑one interviews, and contribute to performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Strong operational mindset with a focus on facility upkeep and staff mobility.
• Ability to supervise drivers and coordinate logistics for personnel and service providers.
• Experience in organising workspace environments and handling minor maintenance work.
• Good communication skills for team coordination, feedback, and recruitment processes.
• Willingness to work onsite in Côte d’Ivoire.
