Technical Account Manager – Ivory Coast

About the role

Join Döhler’s West & Central Africa team to maintain strong customer relationships, provide technical expertise, and drive business growth for leading food and nutrition brands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical expertise to ensure satisfaction and drive growth.
• Advise customers on product and production‑related problems, compile production guidelines and mixing recommendations.
• Support customers with microbiological checks, use of culture media, and stage checks at their premises.
• Document processes and maintain technical information in internal IT systems and CRM.
• Coordinate digitisation projects, optimise business processes and contribute to continuous standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Food Technology, Food Chemistry or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a technical or sales‑related role.
• Strong communication, customer orientation and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microbiological support and use of culture media.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Quality assurance and complaint handling.
• Experience with CRM systems and documentation in IT databases.
• Scale‑up processes and technical training delivery.
