About the role
We are looking for an IT Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Angré‑Riviera‑Abobo area of Abidjan. The role involves repairing computers and electronic equipment, diagnosing faults, and providing friendly, professional support to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Repair computers, addressing both hardware and software issues.
- Service defective electronic equipment and ensure rapid resolution.
- Diagnose technical failures and follow up promptly.
- Maintain warm and professional contact with clients.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma: Bac, preferably in electronics, IT or maintenance.
- Residence in Angré, Riviera, or Bingerville.
- Strong proficiency in computer hardware and software repair.
- Attributes: dynamism, dedication, respect for deadlines, and good interpersonal skills.
