Telemarketing Intern – Incoming & Outgoing Calls

About the role

EVEN MEDIA INTERACTIVE, a French company operating in Abidjan for seven years, is looking for enthusiastic interns to join its call‑center team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls for the company’s clients and partners, following a comprehensive training program that equips you with all necessary competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and initiate outbound calls as required.
• Provide information about products and services, addressing client inquiries.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of call activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in a high‑pressure environment.

Required profile

• Clear and confident speech with perfect command of French (including local Ivorian expressions).
• Strong diction and the ability to communicate clearly.
• High tolerance for stress and flexible availability, as the centre operates 24/7.
• Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive personality.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
