About the role
As a Tele‑Sales Representative, you will help expand and support our network of merchants through proactive phone outreach, prospecting, and relationship management. You will be the first point of contact for potential merchants, presenting our delivery services and guiding them toward becoming active partners.
Key responsibilities
- Call prospects sourced from lead forms, social media, databases, and field prospecting.
- Present the NDD delivery offering, identify merchant needs, and handle objections.
- Convert prospects into active merchants and follow up until targets are met.
- Reactivate inactive merchants and drive volume growth for existing accounts.
- Record every interaction accurately in the CRM, including status, comments, and next steps.
- Meet weekly targets for call volume, onboarded merchants, and generated orders.
Required profile
- Minimum education level: Baccalaureate (BAC) or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills in French.
- Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet weekly targets.
- Attention to detail for accurate CRM data entry.
