Teller / Electronic Transaction Agent

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused Teller / Electronic Transaction Agent to join our team. In this role you will process electronic financial transactions, assist customers with digital payment services, and ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer electronic transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
• Verify customer identity and transaction details before processing.
• Maintain accurate daily transaction records and balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries, resolve transaction‑related issues, and promote electronic financial products.
• Ensure compliance with anti‑fraud procedures, regulatory requirements, and report suspicious activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking, fintech, micro‑finance, or electronic financial services.
• Previous experience as a teller or transaction agent is an advantage.
