UX Writer (Growth)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth UX Writer with at least three years of experience to create conversion‑focused copy for digital products, including websites, landing pages, emails and paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own copy across growth surfaces such as homepages, product pages, pricing pages, signup and upgrade flows.
• Write lifecycle and marketing emails, onboarding sequences, activation nudges, trial prompts and newsletters.
• Craft ad and social copy for paid campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn and iterate on variants.
• Build and ship campaign and partner landing pages without waiting on engineering.
• Run copy experiments, manage test backlog and optimise headlines, CTAs, pricing framing and social proof.
• Translate privacy and compliance language into benefit‑led copy for small‑business owners.
• Maintain consistent messaging across the funnel and collaborate with design, product and SEO teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years writing conversion‑focused copy for digital products.
• Portfolio showing original copy, replacement and resulting metric improvements.
• Hands‑on experience running A/B tests on copy and reporting results.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, interaction patterns and information hierarchy.

Required skills

• Experience with email/lifecycle platforms such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Klaviyo, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Intercom or Braze.
• Comfort with CMS or page builders like WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce or headless CMS such as Strapi.
• Familiarity with React‑based front ends such as Next.js.
• Understanding of SEO and GEO fundamentals.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and AI tools such as Claude Design and ChatGPT Codex.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
