Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

BIA Group sells, rents and provides after-sales services for equipment used in public works, mines, quarries and transport, and operates in Europe, Africa and Asia. It is looking for a warehouse supervisor to oversee warehouse activities, manage spare parts and equipment stock movements and support the sales and service departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of material handlers, including evaluation and training
• Ensure compliance with inbound and outbound processes
• Organize physical inventories and analyse stock variances
• Implement and enforce the 5S process and support the 5S audit
• Ensure safety in the warehouse and yard for employees and external parties
• Resolve inbound and outbound issues quickly
• Contribute to continuous improvement

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage inventory and analyse data to provide insights
• Good time management skills
