West Africa Missionary Movements Coordinator

About the role

The West Africa Missionary Movements team in Côte d'Ivoire is seeking a dynamic coordinator to plan, organise and deliver training programmes that equip national believers for local and cross‑cultural missionary service. Reporting to the Team Leader and working closely with Village Church Planting leadership, the coordinator will ensure smooth execution of events that multiply disciples, churches and leaders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar aligned with mission objectives.
• Secure venues, trainers and necessary resources for each training session.
• Communicate regularly with students, partner organisations and graduates to ensure clear expectations and follow‑up.
• Assist in delivering training modules and provide on‑site support during events.
• Maintain accurate training records, financial documentation and reporting for the Team Leader and OMS Regional Director.
• Coordinate with external partners and institutions to foster collaboration and resource sharing.
• Raise financial support from ministry partners to cover salary and related expenses.

Required profile

• Formal or informal training in missiology, cross‑cultural ministry or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in missionary or cross‑cultural contexts, preferably in Africa.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (intermediate level or higher).
• Strong organisational abilities with flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and travelling in rigorous environments.
