Africa Finance Programme – 12‑Month Finance Development Journey

About the role

The Africa Finance Programme is a 12‑month development journey designed for high‑potential finance professionals. Participants will rotate across key finance functions, work on real business challenges, and receive mentorship from senior finance leaders within Olam Agri’s African operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Controlling, Treasury and Risk Management across multiple African markets.
• Deliver real‑world finance projects that support performance, risk management and value creation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders to develop actionable financial insights.
• Contribute to the finance function’s strategic initiatives while building end‑to‑end financial expertise.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Professional finance certification (e.g., ACCA, FMVA, DFCE, ICAN) or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, audit or consulting.
• Fluency in English; French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to work across various African locations, including remote sites.
