Clinical Psychologist / Counsellor (Remote – Abidjan)

About the role

Intellect is seeking qualified Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to join its tele‑health platform. You will deliver 60‑minute video sessions to a diverse client base, helping individuals manage work‑related stress, improve work‑life balance, and achieve personal or career goals. The position is remote and freelance, allowing you to set your own business hours while maintaining any private practice you already have.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one professional mental‑health coaching or counselling via video calls.
• Address sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.
• Assist clients in defining personal, career, or relationship goals.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the programme and platform.

Required profile

• Master’s or Post‑graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology or Counselling.
• Minimum 300 post‑graduation clinical hours for counsellors.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

• Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Coaching techniques.
