Country Director – Agricultural Program

About the role

myAgro is seeking a dynamic Country Director to lead its agricultural program in Côte d'Ivoire. Based in Abidjan, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure the program delivers high impact for smallholder farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all core program functions, including operational processes, budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, and staff supervision.
• Build and lead a high‑performing sales team, develop sales strategies, and identify farmer‑centered growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess progress, gather farmer feedback, and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with the global team on government relations, partnership development, and expansion initiatives.
• Guide strategic planning with the COO and executive team, setting targets and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
