Country Manager

About the role

OCS Services seeks an experienced Oil & Gas leader to act as Country Manager for Ivory Coast, overseeing both offshore and onshore operations. The role combines operational excellence, commercial development, stakeholder engagement and people leadership to grow the business sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for Ivory Coast operations, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable project delivery.
• Develop and execute the country business development strategy, identifying new clients, markets and service lines across West Africa.
• Manage commercial contracts, monitor profitability, drive cost control and oversee budgeting and financial reporting.
• Lead QHSE culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement risk‑based management across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, vendors, partners and clients while promoting local‑content development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• 12‑15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, offshore or marine sectors, with senior operational or country‑level leadership.
• Proven track record in project management, commercial and contract management, budgeting and financial performance.
• Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments and strong understanding of QHSE and regulatory compliance.
