Hospital Management & Partnership Referent (Abidjan/Brussels)

About the role

MSF Belgium is seeking a Hospital Management and Partnership Referent to support its operations in Abidjan and Brussels. The role focuses on strengthening partnerships with Ministries of Health and enhancing the management of MSF hospitals and large outpatient facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of frameworks, tools and guidelines for collaboration with Ministries of Health.
• Provide strategic and operational support to hospital management teams to improve systems, management practices and quality of care.
• Coordinate with Analysis, HR and other OCB departments to ensure alignment with MSF’s medical strategy.
• Mentor and build capacity of hospital managers, promoting sustainable management practices.
• Support the Hospital Management Support Unit in resource management and partnership activities.

Required profile

• Experience in hospital management, health systems strengthening or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with government health ministries and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
