Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead Transmed Logistics' QA and safety programmes, ensuring compliance with strict standards and driving continuous improvement across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional QA leadership, training, and support to site leadership and staff.
• Design and maintain packing rooms and equipment to facilitate compliance, easy cleaning, and protection from contamination.
• Conduct safety orientations, risk assessments, and regular safety audits across all sites.
• Back‑up the Food QA Leader on all QA elements, including release of starting materials and finished products.
• Oversee in‑process quality testing to guarantee products meet approved specifications.
• Develop, approve, and maintain QA and safety SOPs, ensuring consistent execution.
• Lead the Self‑Improvement Program to track quality performance and drive enhancements.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, safety management, and logistics or food‑related environments.
• Ability to train staff, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
