About the role
As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative you will drive new business acquisition and grow an existing customer portfolio for a global logistics leader. You will act as the front‑line contact for clients, presenting tailored sea‑freight solutions and ensuring long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and convert new prospects into long‑term customers.
- Conduct customer visits, discovery meetings and regular business reviews.
- Prepare, present and negotiate commercial offers and technical logistics solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunities and visit reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support cross‑selling and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor portfolio performance and work to retain customers.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in transport, logistics or international trade.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and sales abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Chinese a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure and adapt quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
