Senior Director, Head of Products & Solutions WCA

About the role

The Senior Director, Head of Products & Solutions for West & Central Africa (WCA) will provide thought leadership and drive the design and execution of market‑driven, innovative solutions across the region. Reporting to senior Visa leadership, you will ensure Visa delivers scalable, fit‑for‑purpose solutions that meet client needs, accelerate adoption, and generate measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and activate WCA solutions strategies that create competitive advantage and support Visa’s growth agenda.
• Establish near‑ and long‑term strategies for Mass, Mid‑Mass, Affluent, and Credit segments.
• Identify, shape, and launch Fit‑for‑Purpose solutions leveraging Visa platforms, services, and partnerships.
• Lead portfolio management and optimization, allocating resources to high‑impact opportunities.
• Own commercial performance, pipeline health, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence.
• Drive modern portfolio management, shifting from product‑led to solutions‑centric approaches.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to co‑create relevant Visa capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in product and solutions strategy within payments or financial services.
• Strong strategic workforce planning and talent development capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to align cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering revenue‑generating solutions at regional scale.
