Senior Manager – Right Fit Evidence

About the role

IPA’s Right‑Fit Evidence (RFE) Unit is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the strategic delivery of a multi‑country project that scales effective education interventions. You will work closely with funders, implementers and government agencies to shape evidence‑based scaling decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, overseeing multiple project teams to deliver tailored evidence, learning and M&E solutions.
• Lead design, content and delivery of the large multi‑partner FCDO SCALE project, managing project finances and ensuring outputs meet budget and quality targets.
• Provide technical leadership for right‑fit MEL activities, collaborating with funders, governments and implementers.
• Oversee MEL and research activities conducted through IPA country offices and external partners.
• Contribute to new business development, proposal coordination and external relationship management.
• Support RFE strategy, thought leadership and the development of public‑goods products.
• Manage performance, professional development and well‑being of 2–3 Advisors.

Required profile
