SEO/SEM Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our keyword strategy, optimise on‑page elements, and manage PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and boost our online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, content optimisation, and technical SEO audits.
• Improve site structure, meta tags, landing pages and overall user experience.
• Launch, monitor and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
• Develop link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report SEO and PPC performance using GA4 and other tools.
• Research competitor advertising tactics and keyword approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
