About the role
The Technical Account Manager will maintain strong customer relationships, providing technical expertise and support to ensure satisfaction and drive business growth. You will be accountable for managing client projects, resolving technical issues efficiently, and acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Apply the divisional strategy within the assigned area.
- Integrate new employees into the workflow and promote team spirit.
- Ensure optimal information exchange within the team and with interfaces.
- Drive continuous standardisation and optimisation of processes and organisational structures.
- Contribute to and implement digital transformation projects, coordinating digitisation initiatives.
- Adhere to approved budgets and act on variances in coordination with the manager.
- Advise customers on product and production‑related problems, compiling production guidelines and mixing recommendations.
- Define technical recommendations after analysing customer issues and support B2C production at customer sites.
- Provide microbiological support, use and sell culture media, and conduct stage checks.
- Assist with quality assurance, complaint handling, and documentation in internal IT systems.
Required profile
- Ability to apply strategic directives and promote collaboration across teams.
- Strong communication skills for effective information exchange with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in process optimisation and digital project coordination.
- Understanding of budget management and compliance with legal and internal regulations.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the capacity to analyse problems and propose technical solutions.
