Bilingual Business Development Associate (French & English)

About the role

Liée Sarl, a consultancy specialized in HR and workforce solutions, is expanding across Africa and Europe. We are looking for a Bilingual Business Development Associate to drive commercial growth by engaging English‑speaking clients and partners while operating from our Abidjan office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities across multiple markets.
• Conduct market research and generate leads.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, delivering presentations in English.
• Present Liée Sarl’s services and prepare commercial proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records.
• Represent the company at networking and business events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, recruitment or HR consulting.
• Professional fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
