Graduate Trainee - Technical (Engineering & Production)

About the role

Join Nestlé Cote d’Ivoire as a Graduate Trainee in Engineering & Production. Over an 18‑month fixed‑term program you will gain hands‑on experience in manufacturing operations and engineering support while developing leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
• Monitor processes, analyse production data and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, food‑safety and environmental standards.
• Assist maintenance and reliability activities, troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Participate in engineering projects aimed at increasing efficiency, productivity and automation.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes and digitalisation efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering, Production or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication, teamwork and leadership potential.
• High learning agility, adaptability and interest in fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Automation and digitalisation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
