About the role
The Sales Manager for Independent Retail Channels will drive growth of A‑Brand consumer electronics through new and existing partners. You will be responsible for acquiring new retailers, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a premium customer experience across the channel network.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for A‑Brand products via independent retail channels.
- Build, grow and manage relationships with key channel partners and accounts.
- Onboard, train and develop new partners to expand the channel network.
- Maintain brand guidelines in retail environments and oversee post‑sales support.
- Manage financing partners to facilitate market penetration.
- Monitor parallel import activity to protect channel integrity.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with product and procurement teams on pricing and stock availability.
- Lead joint go‑to‑market initiatives with brand and partners.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to adapt tactics.
- Prepare forecasts, reports and market analyses for internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, preferably with a vendor, distributor or retailer.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to create and deliver clear presentations.
- Existing network of retail or telecom partners in emerging markets.
- Experience with financing sales models and installment solutions.
- Goal‑oriented, analytical and strong commercial mindset.
