About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to drive growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen key account relationships within the polymer industry. You will play a critical role in executing structured sales strategies, delivering market insights, and supporting customers with value‑added solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new customer relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including timely payment collection.
- Develop and implement structured sales and marketing plans to achieve consistent monthly performance.
- Execute account‑specific sales programs to ensure stable, predictable product offtake.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and expand the nationwide sales network.
- Gather real‑time market intelligence on pricing, demand, and competition and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain knowledge of logistics, supply‑chain conditions, foreign exchange, and banking solutions to support customers.
- Track inventory levels, develop accurate sales forecasts, and support supply‑demand planning.
- Develop deep understanding of polymer applications and deliver tailored commercial proposals.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5‑10+ years of sales experience in the polymer industry (polyolefins, recycled resins, or related materials preferred).
- Proven track record of managing a meaningful sales portfolio and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong experience managing key accounts and building long‑term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to interpret market trends and data.
