T&C Planning Engineer – Rail Projects

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time T&C Planning Engineer to join its rail projects in Abidjan. You will support both off‑site and on‑site testing and commissioning activities, ensuring that schedules are realistic, tracked and aligned with project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed off‑site schedules for platform testing.
• Create and update on‑site T&C schedules.
• Monitor progress and performance indicators for all T&C activities.
• Coordinate submission and approval of T&C procedures.
• Define and maintain detailed ITC logic.
• Manage on‑site T&C configuration and support commissioning teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in project scheduling or system configuration management.
• Experience with railway systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Strong background in electrical & mechanical engineering.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
