Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The role involves monitoring contracts and activities, supporting financial reporting and coordinating meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation.
• Monitor contracts and project activities, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Assist with financial reporting and budget tracking.
• Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events.
• Coordinate project‑related activities and liaise with partners.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• Minimum one year supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, with experience in contract monitoring, financial reporting and event organisation.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
• Experience working in Africa is considered an asset.
